I’m Miles Edelbrock, a real estate broker with Windermere Summit, proudly serving clients throughout the greater Seattle area.

As a Pacific Northwest native, I was born in Edmonds, raised in Mukilteo, and have called Seattle home for more than 15 years. My deep connection to this region and passion for its communities inspired my career in real estate.

I began my professional journey in digital marketing and SEO, where I developed a strong sense for strategy, communication, and client service. Wanting to merge those skills with my long-time interest in real estate, I joined a Seattle brokerage as a Marketing Specialist, helping agents build their brands and connect more effectively with clients. That experience confirmed what I already knew — real estate was where I truly belonged.

Now, as a broker, I bring that same marketing expertise and passion to helping my own clients. I specialize in first-time homebuyers and relocations, offering thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a client-first approach every step of the way.

When I’m not working, I love exploring Seattle’s neighborhoods, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with my dog, Bubba.
